Accessibility

This page is under construction

Accessibility is an important factor in modern web development. This page will describe how Triton solves accessibility challenges.

Triton is commited to making our ecosystem accessible to all users, regardless of their abilities. Our goal is to be accessible by design, however we want to take this further in the future.

By prioritizing a solid foundation based on WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), Triton users will get accessibility out of the box, though our designs and components. Triton is a shared document which our whole organization can freely contribute to, and this allows us to centralize all the fundamental accessibility decisions. Instead of each project needing to test whether their buttons are color blindness friendly or whether their text is readable, they get this out of the box with Triton. However this is only possible if we work together to solidify our foundation to begin with. Therefore if you have thoughts or concerns about this please reach out to us, we would be glad to hear your feedback.

The following goals are the first targets for accessibility to ensure that our platform can be used by people with visual, auditory, and motor disabilities:

  • keyboard navigation
  • high-contrast mode
